I chose to depict her upon her return to to Scotland at the age of 19, before some of the more tumultuous events in her life. At that moment it seemed she had the world at her feet. The first and only Queen of Scotland in her own right. Oh to be young and full of promise. (This is my artistic interpretation of what she might have looked like)
